FOUNDER & CEO

Susan Lew is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of S. Lew & Associates, Inc. where she focuses on the overall strategy of the firm. During her 40 year career in multifamily investments, she has overseen the acquisition of over $1 billion of institutional quality multifamily and commercial investments. She is intimately familiar with local markets, possesses key industry relationships and provides exceptional skills in contract negotiations, asset management and obtaining debt financing.

Stephen Lew serves as President of S. Lew & Associates, Inc.where he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and implementation of S. Lew's strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for leading the firm's efforts in deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition due diligence, asset management and investor relations.
